The operator of this platform is responsible for data processing in accordance with the GDPR. Contact details are listed in the Imprint.
2. Data We Process
- Username and encrypted password
- Email address (if provided)
- Uploaded audio files (temporary processing only)
- Server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps)
- Cookies: We use technically necessary session cookies to maintain your login status. These are not used for tracking.
- Hosting: Our server is located in Germany. Log files are stored for security purposes (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Purpose of Processing
Data is processed to provide platform functionality, ensure security, prevent abuse, and improve services.
4. Storage Duration
Audio files are stored only as long as necessary for processing and are automatically deleted from RAM/Disk. Account data is stored until account deletion.

1. Scope
These Terms govern the use of the Exynos platform operated under the brand Tamamologics. By creating an account or using any feature, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
Exynos provides browser-based audio processing services, community features, and sample sharing. Features may change, be restricted, or discontinued at any time.
3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must not share accounts or impersonate others.
4. User Content & Rights
You retain ownership of uploaded audio files. By uploading content, you grant Exynos a limited license to process, temporarily store, and deliver the processed output. You confirm that you hold all necessary rights to uploaded content.
5. Donations / Premium Features
Donations are voluntary contributions supporting development. Premium features may be granted as a benefit but do not constitute a guaranteed purchase contract. By utilizing our processing service, you agree to the immediate execution of the service and acknowledge the waiver of your right of withdrawal for digital goods.
6. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is". Liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence where legally permitted.
7. Governing Law
German law applies.
