1. Scope

These Terms govern the use of the Exynos platform operated under the brand Tamamologics. By creating an account or using any feature of the platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Exynos provides browser-based audio processing services including AI mastering, community features, and sample sharing functionality. Features may change, be improved, restricted, or discontinued at any time.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must not share accounts or impersonate others.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of uploaded audio files and content. By uploading content, you grant Exynos a limited license to process, temporarily store, and deliver the processed output.

You confirm that you hold all necessary rights to uploaded content.

5. Prohibited Use

• Uploading unlawful, copyrighted (without permission), or harmful material
• Attempting to disrupt platform operation
• Reverse engineering backend systems

6. Donations / Premium Features

Donations are voluntary contributions supporting development. Premium features may be granted as a benefit but do not constitute a guaranteed purchase contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". No guarantee is made regarding availability, processing results, or uninterrupted access. Liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence where legally permitted.

8. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or removed in case of violations.

9. Governing Law

German law applies.
